The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education allows WWTC students to earn college credits through Cooperative Alliance Agreements with OSU Institute of Technology and Seminole State College through their classes at WWTC. College credits can be earned at a cost of $8 (administrative fee) compared to $110.50, which is the average cost per credit hour at a community college.

Requirements:
- Student must be accepted for admission to the cooperative college of their choice.
- The agreement applies to courses taken as an adult or as a qualified high school student.
- High school students must:
- Have an ACT score of at least 19, ACT PLAN score of at least 15, or High School GPA of at least 2.5.
- Submit a signed Parent/Guardian Statement of Understanding.
- Complete the same projects and examinations as adult students participating in the Cooperative Alliance Agreement program.
