All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at a board meeting, will be approved by one board vote, unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:
- Agenda as part of the minutes
- Minutes of regular meeting held January 9, 2025
- Financial reports as of January 31, 2025
- Encumbrances and change orders
- Declaring equipment presented as surplus and giving Superintendent authority to dispose of in an economical manner.
- Discussion and vote to approve/disapprove the following policy revisions effective March 1, 2025:
- Employee Travel Expense Reimbursement
- Procurement
Discussion and vote to approve/disapprove the following resignations:
- Cindy Cross as Administrative Assistant
- Cherry Gray as Administrative Assistant Floater
- Linda Sanford as Instructional Leader
- Karla Smith as Assessment Coordinator
- Discussion and vote to approve/disapprove employment of the following for school year 2025-2026:
- Heather Rhodes as Director of Finance
- Mike Lindley as Director Workforce and Economic Development
- Superintendent’s Update
- New Business
- Vote to Adjourn.
